This is the solid football bar which strength shop no longer makes. It is very large, robust and hard wearing.
The handles are angled and 2 inch in diameter.
It's a beast of a bar.
This type of bar would be used for call kinds of pressing - bench, over head, incline etc - as well as great for performing barbell rows.
The variety of handle positions makes this bar well suited to lifters of all sizes, and allows you to target pressing muscles in different positions.
