Therapeutic Massage

Relax your body and unwind your mind with an aromatherapy or deep tissue massage. Treat yourself to an indulgent experience as I make you the focus of my attention. I offer relaxing acupressure massage or sports style massage for knots and injuries. Most treatments will use a blend of the two styles, unless you prefer otherwise.

Massage is wonderful for releasing tension and toxins from the body and healing injuries. Massage boosts the immune system and re-sets the nervous system. It will calm the mind and allow deeper, more restorative sleep. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with a fresh perspective on life.

As a therapeutic treatment, massage is best enjoyed about once every ten days or ideally every week. Receive a 20% discount if you book 3 sessions or more in advance.

I'm available from 11am to around 10pm, weekdays and on weekends. Usually I require an hour's notice, and you're welcome to book in advance to secure a time for your treatment.

To tell you a bit about me, I'm English, in my thirties, and I trained in Indonesia and India. I also offer Reiki healing, and I especially love leading guided meditations.

I charge £60 for an hour's massage, £90 for ninety minutes or £110 for two hours. I can offer a half hour session for £30 or 45 minutes for £45. I just ask that my travel costs are paid for, or sometimes clients like to collect me themselves to save taxi costs.

I manufacture my own body lotions and I can create bespoke products using natural, organic ingredients and herbal remedies. For example I can make an ointment for joint pain or lotion for eczema.
