Body N Soul Therapy (Mobile Only)

Hello and welcome to my page. I am Ayden, 44M, your "Body N Soul" therapist and providing my services from over 10 years in Manchester and surrounding areas.

I offer a range of therapies to tackle physical aches and pains as well as emotional, spiritual and psychological stresses, from the comfort and security of your own home.

The therapy session will be tailored according to your specific needs, with a goal of increasing Oxytocin and reducing Cortisol (Stress Hormone). I believe everyone has different bodies, and the treatment needs to be focused on each individual, rather than 'one-fit-all' structures. Hence, my sessions are not based on clock works - I do not charge by the hour, but by the session. An average session can last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, or even longer depending upon your needs.

Operating Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm.
