The greatest good is to seek modest pleasures in order to attain a state of tranquillity, freedom from fear ataraxia (a state of serene calmness) and absence from aponia (The absence of bodily pain considered as a state of spiritual serenity)

We want all our customers to be relaxed and believe this is a balance between body and mind. Although you may book a specific treatment, we will always work with the client to look at what is appropriate for you. This may mean we bring in methods and techniques from other massage techniques to ensure you receive a bespoke service.
