My name is Mariah and I am a fully qualified therapist with more than 8 years experience. I offer a wide range of treatments to improve mind and body health. From a soft, gentle touch to a firm one I aim to release your body from discomfort, and pain due to stress, inadequate posture and long working hours. Therefore I use a blend of technique tailoring clients’ needs.

Beautiful place, just 10 minutes walk from Colindale Station, free parking bay, luxurious professional massage table, scented candles, oil diffuser, nice and relaxing music are provided during the sessions.

Working days : Monday to Sunday 11 am- 8:30pm.

Hourly rates:

SWEDISH massage -£55- increases flow oxygen in the blood and releases toxins from muscles. Long, flowing , soft strokes are used.

THAI massage - £55- involves stretching and deep massage. Pressure from gentle to firm, is applied to energy points.

DEEP TISSUE- £60- focused on the muscles, designed to relieve tension, consistent pain and physical injury.

THERAPEUTIC massage - £65- the session consists of a mix of techniques blending all together Swedish, Yoga, deep tissue elements and addresses to affected areas of the body. The approach is individual based on client needs.

Head and Scalp INDIAN massage -£55

REFLEXOLOGY - £60- creates relaxation, improves blood flow, aids post operative recovery, impact on psychological measures.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC. DRAINAGE - £65 -can ce the chance of suffering of minor colds or viruses, speeds up healing and recovery from illness., can help reduce water retention, can boost weight loss as improving lymphatic system.

CranioSacral Therapy -£65- hands-on therapy, where the touch is gentle, non-invasive and usually subtle. BUT It is also a powerful treatment approach that affects the central nervous system to assist in improving function in the whole body.
