Wine and olive oil farm

9-hectare estate located in Northern Sardinia, between Porto Torres and Alghero, a few kilometers from the western coast. Land divided between 6 hectares of vineyard, 2 of olive grove and 1 of Mediterranean forest. The agricultural land is completely irrigated. The vineyard, planted in 2007, is composed of: 2 hectares of Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, 1/2 hectare of Bovale IGP, 3 hectares of Cannonau DOC. The olive grove, planted in the same year, is composed of 420 plants of the Bosana cultivar. The uncultivated part is suitable for the construction of residential or agricultural structures and given its favorable position also for the creation of accommodation facilities. There are 2 perfectly functioning artesian wells with 3 tanks of 20,000 liters each and connected to the irrigation system. The farm is served by the National Electricity Service. The entire property is fenced with a 2-meter high mesh fence.

The company is currently in certified organic production and annually delivers its grapes to a well-known winery in northern Sardinia.
