You will play a key role in supporting apprentices with specific learning difficulties, helping them develop essential IT skills that will not only enhance their employability but also boost their confidence in navigating the modern workplace. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: * Develop customised training plans that cater to the unique learning needs of apprentices with specific learning difficulties, ensuring that each individual is given the tools and support they need to succeed. * Deliver impactful technical training through a variety of methods, including hands-on exercises, workshops, lectures, and 1-on-1 coaching. You will also create tailored course materials that address each apprentice's areas for improvement. * Assess and identify apprentice strengths and weaknesses, developing plans to enhance their skills and knowledge while providing ongoing support and constructive feedback to boost their confidence and independence. * Stay current with IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure your instruction is always relevant and up to date. * Track and evaluate apprentice progress by maintaining detailed records and notes to measure growth and identify areas requiring further development. * Oversee domestic repair tasks and technical tickets, incorporating practical IT experience into the learning journey.
