About the opportunity: Due to successful company expansion, my client is recruiting permanently for a Project Quantity Surveyor. Reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked for the company for 8 years, you will be responsible for managing costs with the goal of making as much profit as possible for the company on the projects you’ll be working on and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing client relationships. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be accountable for managing up to 3 projects at one given time, with values between £1M-£2M. These will cover highways, bridge infrastructure and S278 schemes for residential developers and local authorities.
