Business Development Manager Remote with one day per week in the Swaffham Office We have an opportunity for a new Business Development Manager role with a strong record of accomplishing new business development. You will be responsible for hunting and developing new accounts in new markets. Dealing at all levels, you will have strong attention to detail, be well organized, and be comfortable at all levels, including at strategic level. The Business Development Manager position is a permanent, full-time position based from either our Swaffham office or from a home office and traveling around the country (covering up to Newacastle and down to the south coast so overnight stays maybe needed). Primary Responsibilities * Delivering an agreed sales budget. * Daily outgoing calls to all your customers, building relationships, bring about product awareness to distributors and proactively seeking new opportunities. * Daily outgoing calls to prospective customers. * Managing pricing with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimizing business risk. * Sell value added concepts and solutions to the Client. * Demonstrate Equipment and products. * Identify new opportunities with the client at all levels.
