Role Overview As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping our students thrive both academically and personally. You will provide 1:1 or small group support, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals to create a tailored support plan for each student, making a meaningful impact in their educational journey.
