Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements. Conducting property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues or concerns. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth process. Attending meetings, negotiations, and court hearings when required.
