WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?This is a temp to perm opportunity. The role pays £10.81 per hour irrespective of shift with a rising rate after qualifying periods.This work is a 2 shift rotation .Please do not apply unless you can commit to shift work long term. We are looking to recruit Machine Operators to enter the business and learn how to manufacture the company`s comprehensive product portfolio with full training provided. To qualify for this role we will only consider candidates who have a fantastic attitude, who are highly keen, willing to learn and can commit to a 2 shift pattern.THE ROLELearning how to successfully operate the companies machine driven processesDelivering machine operation duties and undertaking production based labouring tasks such as machine loadingWorking to daily targetsAbiding by strict levels of H&SHand ballingVisual inspectionQuality checkingMachine LoadingTHE PERSONThere is no prior experience required for this role, as stated it is all about desire and attitudeHowever prior manufacturing experience could prove advantageousDue to the flexibility of shifts, it could prove beneficial for candidates to hold their own transport however there is a bus routeTHE PACKAGEYou will feel valued in this role and your skill set will continuously be developed. You will also be awarded pay increases to reflect your skill set.
