E&I Installation Supervisor

We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for an E&I Installation Supervisor for our well-established client based in Warrington. Primary Responsibilities: * Liaise with the Site Manager to help to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance. * Liaise with the Electrical Project Engineer to produce Electrical Installation Specifications. * Day to day management of site sub-contract labour, reviewing RAMS and coordinating site work permits including LOTO. * Review technical drawings and distribute information to electrical installation supervisors. * Manage the storage and safe distribution of: * Installation Materials * Instrumentation * Liaise with CAD engineer to document proposed routing of cable containment for client approval. * Liaise with the Electrical Project Engineer to produce installation planning documents, then monitor and record installation progress against them. * Identify and correctly install instrumentation from design package, advising the mechanical installation team of best installation practises. For, but not limited to: * Magnetic flowmeters * Coriolis flowmeters * Pressure transmitters * Temperature transmitters Preferred Experience * Good understanding of UK legislation, including BS7671 * Experience with instrumentation applications including but not limited to: flow, level, pressure, temperature, weight and analytical systems. * Experience managing sub-contract labour for large projects. * A good understanding of electrical and P&I drawings. * A good understanding of the beverage industries including all relevant regulations and certifications. * Experience with hazardous area applications, zoning, calculations but especially installation of wiring systems. * A good understanding of control bus systems, AS-I, Profibus and industrial Ethernet networks. Essential Experience 7 Years+ experience in the hygienic process installation and commissioning of electrical systems. Ability to attend client meetings and record minutes of the meeting I
