JOB DESCRIPTION EFAB Resourcing’s client, a highly successful engineering solutions provider and consultancy based in the North East, working within Nuclear, Fusion Energy and Subsea industries are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. Responsibilities * Assess market trends, future developments, and opportunities * Identify development opportunities and agree a strategy with the Managing Director in line with the Market Sector Strategy * Assist the Business Functions in producing information for proposal submissions and PQQs * Advise the Managing Director of potential alliances, Joint Ventures, and Acquisitions * Assist the Managing Director regarding operational matters * Produce a weekly/monthly BD update report and support in updates during the monthly BD Meeting * Support the BD Function in its delivery of company KPIs Requirements 1.
