They are now recruiting for Technical/Customer Support Engineer who is not only passionate about delivering outstanding service but for someone eager to become a trusted advisor to our clients’ customers, offering expert support on their range of products. Ideally you will be someone who has been in a technical role before or someone with a technical background in water who is looking to make a move into this type of position. The role is primarily office based but there will be an element of going out to site when needed. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on site and in the office/workshop, performing a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will apply your knowledge and experience to create innovative solutions for our clients customers and contribute to the company's success. JOB ROLE- BRIEF OVERVIEW * Provide support for the instruments that the company has supplied, either by remote access or on-site visits * Help customers with the installation and configuration of instrumentation * Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements * Ensure compliance with relevant codes and client specifications * Collaborate with Engineering, Service and Production staff when needed * Work independently and as part of a team CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE * You should hold an engineering-based academic qualification, such as a degree, diploma or certificate, in a relevant field of study. Or years spent in the industry. * You should have worked within the
