Health & Safety Manager Devon and Cornwall Permanent Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Manager to work across the South West region. Our client is a long-standing developer who creates and build design-led housing developments of the highest quality across Devon and Cornwall. Due to continual growth in the region, this opportunity has arisen to work across the South West Reporting to the Construction Director - you will take responsibility for the regions Health, Safety and Quality standards across all sites, ensuring standards are continually exceeded and upstand a compliant and safe health and safety culture. What we’re looking for: * The ideal candidate will have experience in residential house building or construction health and safety, taking charge of both strategy and delivery of all health and safety policies. * You will have a NEBOSH General or Construction diploma * Thorough knowledge of UK health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations. * Strong understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety auditing processes. * Experience in delivering training and conducting investigations / audits * Chartered member of IOSH desirable * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West region.
