Maintenance Electrician Needed - Domestic! Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance Electrician looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We're seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and help maintain social housing properties to the highest standards. Position: Electrician Location: Exeter Salary: £20.67 per hour Hours: Full-time, 40 hours, Van and fuel card provided Overtime: Saturday (time and a half) Sunday (double time) Responsibilities for the Electrician role: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Requirements for the Electrician role: Proven experience as a maintenance Electrician. Strong electrical skills and ability to complete other wet trades maintenance repairs. Good communication and customer service skills. Experience working in social housing or similar environments. Qualifications for the Electrician role: NVQ L3 Certification 2391: Test and Inspection 18th Edition (preferred) Valid driver's licence.
