Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor Main Duties: * Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance resources to enhance plant reliability in the designated area while meeting safety, health, environmental, and financial goals. * Enforce safe operations and ensure environmental compliance. * Oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance plan. * Collaborate with the Planning Department to ensure the availability of necessary parts, labor, and equipment for effective maintenance execution. * Review inspection results and ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet reliability targets. * Coordinate the deployment of labor, parts, and equipment resources. * Manage the mechanical team by focusing on productivity, motivation, and discipline. * Monitor the performance of staff and contractors to ensure tasks are executed as planned. * Supervise preventative maintenance inspections to maintain operational efficiency. Skills Required: * Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering * Bachelor (degree) Mechanical Engineering * 2 years experience Mechanical Coordinator/Maintenance Team Leader or Deputy/Graduate Engineer in a cement plant Competative Salary with excellent company benifits.
