This individual will be involved in senior technical installs but also be the individual to talk to clients about anything technical, the arm around them when they have something important to ask, the go to person for anything meaningful but needing a voice of technical seniority coupled with commercial vision, not just a person that gets a ticket and fixes it, the flag bearer for the company being an integral part of their technical team. This role will be working with clients in the States/UK and Europe and with that comes the responsibility for technical issues and matters also demos/demonstration of products and services whilst being a technical linchpin for your reports too. Candidates ideally should have: 1) IT Degree or IT Qualification with comprehensive experience in a senior IT support or similar position with a knowledge or desire to work in U/C and Microsoft teams environments essential in particular anyone with skills in Teams Deployment or voice for Teams, both a huge advantage. 2) Be highly motivated to develop yourself both technically with aspirations to be a senior manager/director. 3) Constantly thinking outside the box for better ways to manage, to deliver, to maximise resources and skills. 4) A technically proficient presen
