Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of Private Client files and handle all aspects of work connected with Private Client matters. Be the main point of contact for private client-related inquiries received from various offices, primarily focusing on the Gloucester office. Handle a wide range of Private Client issues, including but not limited to Wills, Probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, Tax, and Court of Protection. Work to strict deadlines in a pressurised yet friendly environment. Collaborate with support staff in a positive and proactive manner. Liaise with the Legal Director on financial budgeting and training requirements/opportunities. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records for clients. Act as a positive ambassador for our client, demonstrating professionalism and excellent client care. Participate in the business development of the department. Undertake regular staff development to enhance skills and expertise.Essential Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in Private Client law, specifically in Wills and Probate. Proven ability to handle a wide range of Private Client matters independently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. A proactive and positive approach to work.Desirable Requirements: STEP qualification or working towards it.
