PHP Developer

A PHP Developer is required to join a close-knit development team working for this highly respected specialist software Company based in Bristol on a permanent basis This is a hybrid role requiring one day on site. The PHP Developer role will be responsible for developing sophisticated and simple to use web application functionality including technical documentation, participating in new feature development, bug fixing, customizations, software support and technology upgrade projects. The successful PHP Developer will be working in a self-organizing Agile environment, where all team members are expected to proactively contribute to all relevant ceremonies, and where teamwork is always recognized and appreciated. Commercial experience required for the PHP Developer PHP software development JavaScript MySQL Identifying and proposing new technology upgrades Good analytical skills and have a passion for software development Solid understanding Object-Oriented design, concepts, and design patterns As the successful PHP Developer, you will: Design, develop and unit test solutions of any size or complexity Participate in front end/UI development which follows best industry standards in terms of user experience Diagnose defects and provide effective solutions Provide development estimates, be a part of planning sessions Provide feedback to help with continuous process improvement A starting salary of £70,000 - £75,000 is offered for this role plus exceptional benefits and training.
