Associate Director - Private Equity Strategy & Value Creation - Industrials & Manufacturing

Our global consulting client's Private Equity Strategy and Performance Transformation team is seeking a highly capable Manager with 6-12months experience to step up in to an Associate Director role, focusing on Industrial and manufacturing clients. Private Equity Strategy and Performance Transformation is currently 30 people, with sign off for an additional 30 hires. This team has huge backing from the Board and there is signifincant scope for progression. Our client is developing an innovative Value Creation proposition to support investors, shareholders and C-suite throughout the ownership cycle of a Business. This proposition provides their Private Equity and Corporate clients with a holistic, integrated portfolio of implementable value creation opportunities in all deal situations (buy side and sell side), underpinned by advanced data analytics, industry insights, operational capabilities and execution experience. This team is a cross functional (commercial, operational, and digital), agile practice that operates to architect and deliver of value creation by bringing to bear the vast array of capabilities available inside the practice as well as the wider Firm Advisory business (including Customer Experience, Pricing, Cost, Digital, ESG, and Integration & Separation among others). Role and responsibilities: Support the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for leading day to day delivery, working directly with Partners and Associate Partners. Translate the client brief into manageable work streams. Lead hypothesis generation, complex storyboarding and shape the overall problem-solving approach to develop insights and recommendations. Coordinate and inspire other members of the team, providing coaching, direction and constructive feedback.
