Paying up to c£52K with excellent benefits including a true hybrid work model with excellently appointed Manchester-based offices, this rapidly evolving and growing organisation is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to ensure robust cashflow forecasting, maintain liquidity, treasury risk, and banking control for the Group. THE ROLE Managing a small team, the Treasury & Banking Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the annual treasury strategy, the development of robust treasury policies and procedures, delivering cash flow forecasting, and a robust treasury risk management control environment. Key responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve the accuracy of cash flow forecasts Drawing down to maintain liquidity as required Investing surplus funds in accordance with the treasury strategy Lead, develop and maintain short, medium and long term financial plans, ensuring compliance with any loan covenants Lead on the submission of relevant quarterly and annual regulatory returns Collaborate across the wider finance organisation to develop the group's treasury and future funding strategies including any re-financing projects Manage key relationships with banking and financial institutes on behalf of the Group Lead and continuously improve the Group’s banking procedures and processes Oversee the transactional cash & banking postings ensuring reconciliations are carried out on a timely basis. Lead and drive overall operational performance through the effective use of KPIs THE PERSON You will be a fully Qualified Accountant or a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers You will have a strong treasury background specifically around cashflow management and loan covenant compliance You will have strong people and communication skills to develop key relationships both internally and externally with financial institutions and partners
