REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager / Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria: - Knowledge of Building Sector. - Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Manager. -Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects - Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential. - High level of communication skills. -
