Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team in Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support and education to KS2 students who require additional assistance with their social, emotional, and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements. * Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being. * Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans. * Monitor and track the progress of students, providing regular feedback to both students and parents or guardians. * Work closely with external agencies and professionals to support the holistic development of students. * Foster positive relationships with students, establishing trust and promoting their social and emotional growth.
