Educated Appointments are delighted to be assisting a long standing client in recruiting a Data and Compliance Administrator for their office in Morley, West Yorkshire. As a Data and Compliance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for auditing learner data and information, to ensure accuracy of data and compliance to funding policy rules and procedures. Also, ensuring auditing outputs are recorded to enable Management Information (MI) to be produced for feedback to the delivery teams and individuals on their competency and performance. We are looking for someone enthusiastic with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the various Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) funding rules and their application in managing data and curriculum planning. This should include full understanding and application of the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) specification requirements and analysis of funding data to support curriculum and financing plans. You will be an integral part of the compliance team. You will be coordinating with other team members for undertaking all compliance and internal audit activities. You will be responsible for creating management reports and funding returns to our commissioners. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is dedicated to the education sector but who is looking for a new challenge. You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of the funding rules and methodology and be comfortable working with senior management to deliver improvements in process design and data quality.
