Job Description Master Technician – Market Harborough – Main Dealership – £35,000 - £40,000 We are working with a Main Dealership in the area looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department. - Mon to Fri 8 to 6 - Saturdays 8am-1pm - Basic dependent on experience plus OTE £35,000 - £40,000 - 1 hr lunch break - 20 days holiday per year Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities: - Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard - Record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components used in line with group and manufacturer standards - Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs - Mentor and support junior technicians - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Minimum Master Technician Requirements: - Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) - At least 2 years’ experience as a Master Technician/Vehicle Technician/Mechanic in a Dealership - Must have a Driving License - Demonstrated ability to perform complex diagnostic and repair work Master Technician – Market Harborough – Main Dealership – £35,000 - £40,000 Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Job Title: Master Technician
