A bit about the role Working in a team with Stacey McKean, Head of Delivery Control Frameworks, and Wendy Myers, Senior Projects and Process Improvements Manager, the Projects and Process Improvements Manager will be joining a highly skilled and experienced team who are committed to making positive change in the effective delivery of first line control environment and process improvement provision. This role will specifically focus on the design and build of an efficient and compliant control environment and key operational process improvements supporting the delivery and embedding of the Agency’s Evolve (Transformation) Programme. With expert project risk knowledge the role holder will also support project risk assessment, controls and oversight as part of the wider DES Control Environment team. It will require the successful candidate to develop credible and effective relationships across Homes England to support transformation activity within Development, Investment and MPP Delivery Directorates.
