2020 Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join a thriving lettings team in Fife. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a key role within a growing business. As Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties across the Fife area, ensuring effective management, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors while handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with an allowance provided. A business car is available for us for those over 25 with a manual driving licence. Key Responsibilities As the Property Manager your responsibilities will include: * Managing property portfolios to ensure they are effectively maintained and compliant. * Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, councils, and utility providers. * Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and certification renewals (e.g., gas safety). * Handling tenant communications, including rental payments and Universal Credit paperwork. * Managing landlord accounts, issuing payments, and processing void bills. * Conducting property inspections and overseeing tenant referencing. * Administering tenancy agreements, deposit disputes, and management agreements. * Data entry and use of property management software (training provided if required). * Participating in a rota to cover an emergency mobile phone.
