Sales Business Development Manager My client an established business in the food industry, with a prominent presence in the meat trade, due to strong growth and ambitions plans are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, to support the business through on their journey. Your expertise will drive the future growth of the business, creating and executing a robust sales strategy, supported by the Directors. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Monitor sales activities and reporting as needed - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaboration with other departments Requirements : - Proven experience in a similar sales environment within the food industry, preferably within Meat, Fish or Poultry - Strong network and credible relationships - Food service/ Discounted Retailer client base - Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Proficient in administrative tasks, such as creating reports and analysing data - Be open to travel as needed to meet with customers- very much your diary to manage Benefits : * Salary and package very much depednant on experience * Strong annual leave allowance * Company pension * Private medical insurance * Genuine opportunities to develop your career, with full support from Directors and business owner
