An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Aftersales Advisor to join a Used Car Supermarket in Hinkley. Basic salary of £24,040 Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (No weekends) We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment, and preferably with a background working within the Motor Industry in a car dealership. The successful candidate will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career. The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way. The ideal candidate: * The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer’s experience. * Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable. * People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships. * Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely. * Customer focused – able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience. * Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills. * Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
