We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work in our special ARP class, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. About the role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be integral to our school community, working closely with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them navigate their learning experiences while fostering their social and emotional development. Your role will involve providing one-on-one support and guidance to students in the ARP class, collaborating with teachers to implement tailored learning plans and activities, supporting students during playtime and social interactions to promote inclusivity, assisting with classroom management to create a positive and engaging learning environment, and monitoring student progress while contributing to assessment reports.
