About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA) with expertise in supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners. Application Requirements: - Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a focus on supporting EAL students. - Strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and special educational needs. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for supporting young learners. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored support to Key Stage 1 students, focusing on EAL needs to enhance their language skills and overall academic progress. - Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging booster sessions and interventions to support students’ individual learning requirements. - Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
