Job Title: Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer Location: Helston Remuneration: From £45,000 to £65,000 per annum Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week) Overview Our client, an established legal firm in Cornwall, is one of the largest law firms in Cornwall, with a reputation for providing City-level legal expertise in a friendly and down-to-earth setting. With multiple offices across the region, they have been serving local individuals, families, and businesses for over two centuries. Due to substantial growth within the firm, they are now seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their busy and rapidly growing Private Client Department in Helston. As part of their team, you will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, managing various private client matters. Key Responsibilities: Drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs) Handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion Managing conflicting priorities and maintaining high standards throughout the process Ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships with clientsThe successful candidate will have prior experience in private client matters and possess the following skills and qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Proven expertise in will drafting, estate administration, and LPAs Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJoining our client's prestigious law firm, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the success of the Private Client Department.
