My client are a large Housing Association, widely known within the Social Housing sector. They specialise in day to day reactive maintenance in occupied/void domestic properties all over the UK, running for over 120 years! ABOUT THE ROLE: We are searching for a Multi Trader to be a part of a skilled team, maintenance projects in occupied properties on behalf of a widely known housing association, Van and fuel card are provided, Overtime is optional, Competitive pay rates (Up to £43k per annum) Based on a 42.5 hour working week, Bonuses, Quick recruitment process, Based in the Greenwich area.
