Generate candidates from multiple sources (including internal and external databases, social media, referrals, networking etc…) Headhunt candidates for specific requirements and pass to consultants Use of sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome (if reasonable) any concerns (support to be given) Support Consultants with Candidate Management throughout the process, ensuring the candidate is kept up to date Manage interview arrangements, diary invites etc Maintain accurate records on the company database (CRM), updating throughout the day Answer phones Let us perk your interest even more… Circa £25k Pro Rata Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30 (Pro rata, approx 16-20 hours per week) Lots of perks Good holiday entitlement Social events Incentives Interested in the Part Time Recruitment Resourcer Role?
