What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to take on new challenges. To qualify, you should: * Be in your final year of a MEng/BEng degree in Electrical or Electronic, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Aim for at least a 2:1 degree classification. * Show a strong interest in becoming a Chartered Engineer. * Have prior experience (even through volunteering) in an engineering environment – a plus, not a must. * Be a proactive problem-solver with excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. * Be open to international assignments as part of the programme. * Bonus points for proficiency in French, Dutch, or German!
