Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits Our client is a privately owned and independent UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy based in the North East. They are now seeking to take on a qualified and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be responsible for carrying out high standard asbestos surveying and analytical services on Healthcare, Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 & HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. " Will be an experienced and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with a background working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Able to confidently work on Healthcare, Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial sites. " Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Able to use industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS / TRACKER) " Excellent communication skills. The Role: " Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " 4 Stage clearances. " Smoke, leak, background, reassurance, and personal air testing. " Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
