Job: Fire Risk Assessor Job Type: Permanent Location: Newcastle Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 About our client 1st Select are working in partnership with a leading fire safety company who are looking to add a fire risk assessor to their team in the North East. Job Description You will be required to: * Carry out type 3 fire risk assessments mainly with some type 1s * Carry out fire risk assessments on residential properties * Provide fire safety advice to clients You will need: * 3 years’ experience carrying out fire risk assessments * Level 3 fire risk assessment qualification or equivalent Preferred: * Affiliation with a recognised body such as IFSM or IFE What’s on offer: * £38,000 - £42,000 salary + 45p per mile * Annual bonus potential of 10% * Hybrid Working If you think you would be suitable this position, please apply now
