Our client are recruiting a Reward Business Partner to join a busy and growing business, offering the flexibility of condensed hours or alternative working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Reward Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the reward strategy across the business, ensuring that it supports employee engagement and competitiveness in the market. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR teams to design and implement reward initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the company’s reward strategy, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits. * Provide expert advice on compensation benchmarking and market trends. * Work with leadership to ensure reward policies are fair, equitable, and transparent. * Drive initiatives around employee benefits and wellbeing. * Support key projects, including job evaluations, grading structures, and incentive schemes. Key Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in a Reward Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. * Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels. * A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
