Counter Fraud, Compliance and Debt Directorate (CFCD) National Delivery and Assurance (NDAS) External Learning Procurement Manager.
As an External Learning Procurement Manager your role would require maximising capability across CFCD by having a clear understanding of current and emerging learning requirements. Provide learning to enable & support Operational Managers and Functional Leads to deliver the business. Manage a team to provide learning to help support the strategic planning of resource to deliver on the Departments high-level fraud, error and debt targets. Key Tasks include: Engaging with the business to identify and fully understand diverse learning needs Managing expectations of the business around delivery timescales Procuring external Learning and Development for CFCD Colleagues Managing the contracts for the above monitoring performance against objectives and timescales, evaluating products, negotiating changes if required Providing reports and updates for Senior Leaders Managing the budget and working with Finance to maintain a continual awareness of position LM responsibilities Ensuring Diversity and Equality policies are adhered to Managing risks and issues appropriately with a strong focus on quality and respond and act within agreed timescales, anticipate and effectively manage customer and business expectations Working as part of a wider team understanding and contributing to crosscutting functions to support the direction of travel for CFCD Providing performance insight to Senior Leaders against Capability Priorities and Measures Using a range of communication channels and methods to engage and inspire your team to deliver the best service possible Motivating and effectively leading a team within your direct line management to ensure delivery of overall performance expectations, including meeting quality standards Being accountable for the effective utilisation of operational resources, delivering improved value for money and living within hea
