They provide design, planning and technical services to an array of clients and are looking to bring in an Architectural Technician. Working in a dedicate team on large scale and bespoke developments you will enjoy a good variety to your role where you will contribute with. - Working drawings - Floor plans/elevations - Site surveys - Overseeing building regs/control Were looking to speak with candidates who are proficient with either AutoCAD/REVIT and have (ideally) gained experience of working on housing projects. You will have excellent detailing skills and hold a solid understanding of the construction legislations. The company are based in a countryside setting with free parking and good nearby amenities.
