Main duties are to be responsible for completing a range of Repair and Maintenance work for tenanted and empty properties. As directed by Supervisor/Management undertake Inspection activities. Ideally have experience of working within a Social Housing environment. Work in a range of properties including occupied tenancies and offices and unoccupied buildings.
