The role is Hybrid and includes 2 WFH days per week. Responsibilities will include: CRM Management Client liaison Daily KPI reviews Staff management Staff training Internal stakeholder management Weekly planning of recruitment activities Weekly planning of team rota, dependant on hiring needs and staff headcount.
