The Production Supervisor will be responsible for: * Plan and implement daily/weekly schedules, reporting deviations to management. * Ensure adherence to procedures and promptly address production issues. * Minimize health and safety incidents and meet all deliverables. * Lead production operations, ensuring KPI targets are met. * Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with departments on customer demand changes. * Conduct daily team briefings and implement Team Leader training programs with regular performance reviews. * Oversee HR processes including absence management and disciplinary actions. * Support Team Leaders with associate training and ensure accurate shift handovers. * Manage operational budgets and overtime. Skills and Experience * Previous experience in overseeing a team of manufacturing operatives * Experience and exposure within a LEAN manufacturing environment * Previous experience of using ERP/MRP Systems * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to use IT systems effectively * This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Team Leader / Shift Supervisor / Shift Manager The application process: Our mission is to support our clients i
