Project Manager Project Engineer

Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experience Project Manager / Project Engineer to join them. This is a permanent opportunity. Please only apply if you meet the following requirements: * CAPEX project management experience of managing high value projects (around £5 million pound value). * You have a Degree in Engineering. * You have experience of managing projects in the manufacturing / production industry * Project Management qualifications are desirable, but not essential (e.g. PRINCE2) Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering assigned projects, ensuring that all project elements are being delivered safely to the agreed time, cost and quality. This includes responsibility for the planning and management works as well as managing stakeholders. The Role * Responsible to delivering assigned projects to agreed high standards of H&S and adherence to safe working practices in accordance with legislation * Manage internal and external stake holders, building strong relationships with sub-contractors and preferred suppliers, including the development of plans and budgets * Deliver projects through to completion on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, ensuring cost effective solutions which meet quality expectations can be delivered to our clients * Identify, reduce and manage all risks including technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise associated with each project * Manage appropriate communication with key personnel * Provide leadership and on the ground project management including supporting and coaching for project activity to operations teams engaged with projects.
