About the role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will play a vital role in supporting children with ASD across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is a full-time, long-term position where you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to create tailored support plans for individual students. Your role will involve assisting students in both classroom and 1:1 settings, helping them develop their social and academic skills, and encouraging positive behaviour.
