Job Title: KS2 Teacher Location: Chatham, Kent Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of KS2 students. * Provide effective classroom management and create a supportive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth. * Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to support individual learning goals. * Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of a dynamic and cohesive curriculum. * Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably within a KS2 setting. * Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. * A passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child. * Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.
