We are looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager / or Front of House Supervisor, for a gastro pub with rooms, located near Charing, Kent. Please note transport is required due to location. As the Front of House Manager / or Front of House Supervisor, you will be developing your team and assisting with the recruitment of new staff, whilst delivering high volume sales through proactive innovation and events. Working closely with the Head Chef and the owners you will ensure the success of the pub, through strong and enthusiastic leadership, whilst developing, managing, and motivating teams. You will lead and evolve the operational standards as well as assisting with commercial expectations, through a good understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs As the Front of House Manager / or Front of House Supervisor you will be / have: * A customer focussed mindset. * An exceptional level of communication and a great sense of humour * An honest, dedicated, and hardworking approach * Strong Enthusiasm.
