Role: HR Admin Team Leader Location: Solihull Salary: £30 - 35,000 Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours Benefits: 31 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension, employee assistance programme, hospitality and retail discounts, free parking We are working exclusively on behalf of client who is seeking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their HR and Recruitment department. In this role you will act as a HR Administration Team Leader, with line management responsibility for 2 HR Administrators. Your role would be focused on managing the recruitment and onboarding process, allocating workload and ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You would also have the opportunity to work alongside an expereinced Senior HR Advisor to deliver on company HR objectives. This is a full-time office-based role predominately based in Shirley Solihull B90. There is some flexibility around start and finish times to suit the successful candidate, as long as they complete their contracted 37.5 weekly hours. The successful candidate will come have a demonstrable background in HR Administration and/or Recruitment at Team Leader / Manager level, supported further by a CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification. Role and responsibilities: As the HR Admin Team Leader, you will be directly responsible for day to day line management of 2 HR Administrators to allocate workload, conduct 121s, PDPs, learning and development reviews and performance management Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish - advertising vacancies, organising interviews, delivering feedback, issuing offers/contracts, completing right to work checks and ensuring all onboarding documentation is in place Managing recruitment for a variety of roles ranging from administration to specialist roles as well as handling varied contract types for example casuals Provide guidance and advice to managers employees on a variety of HR policies and internal procedures relating to topics suc
